Purpose of the site
Veracorext.com is an editorial portal dedicated to explaining, in a plain manner, the phenomenon of real estate crowdlending and the housing market in Mexico. Its content has an exclusively informational purpose and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

The site is operated by Veracorext Editorial, S.A.P.I. de C.V., registered under electronic commercial folio N-2026013845, with tax ID VED260118K93 and registered office in Mexico City. Any formal communication should be sent to redaccion@veracorext.com.
Permitted use
You may consult, read and cite the published contents provided that the source is acknowledged and no derived commercial exploitation takes place. The systematic reproduction, automated extraction of contents and creation of derivative services without prior written authorisation are prohibited.
Registration and forms
The site does not require user registration. Forms available are limited to receiving editorial enquiries. By submitting them, the user declares that the information shared is truthful and provided voluntarily, accepting the terms herein and the corresponding Privacy Policy.
No financial offer
Under no circumstances does the site raise funds from the public or offer credit, savings, investment or similar products. It does not replace official information from crowdfunding platforms authorised by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission.
Intellectual property
Texts, illustrations, iconography and editorial structure are owned by Veracorext Editorial or by its contributing authors, who retain their moral rights under the Mexican Federal Copyright Law. Photographs are used under stock image licences with extended rights.
