Who is responsible for your data
Veracorext Editorial, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, 14th floor, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website, under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What data we collect
Only what you decide to share through the contact form: name, email and the message you write. We do not collect official IDs, banking data or asset information. The site is not designed to capture sensitive data.
For what purpose we use it
The data collected is used to respond to your editorial enquiry, follow up on the suggestion you make and, where appropriate, incorporate your feedback into new articles. We do not use it for commercial mailings or targeted marketing.
With whom we share it
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. We handle it exclusively within the editorial team and with our email and storage technology providers, subject to confidentiality agreements and to the security measures established by Mexican regulations in force in 2026.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last interaction, after which it is deleted from our active systems and the automatic backups generated by the infrastructure.
How to exercise your ARCO rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection regarding the processing of your personal data by sending an email to redaccion@veracorext.com with the subject 'ARCO rights'. We will reply within twenty business days, in accordance with article 32 of the applicable federal law.
